We are an online store based in Calgary, AB.  Business hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm (mountain time).  We are closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

GIFT WRAPPING

Let us do the wrapping for you!  Tiny Gem Baby Solutions is happy to gift wrap your purchase.  We will ship it directly to the gift recipient with your personalized message. We offer gift wrapping service for a flat fee of $5.00.*   No matter how big your gift is!  Just add the gift-wrapping option to your shopping cart, fill in your gift message at the checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.  * Please note Gift Wrapping charges do not include shipping costs.

CANCELLED ORDERS

All cancelled orders are subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the purchase price. To obtain a refund please contact us by email at info@tinygem.ca with the following information:

Once your return is received and approved, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the full purchase price less shipping costs.  Shipping costs, border taxes/custom charges are not refundable.

We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit. We will issue a full refund for the price of any product you return if it meets the above conditions.  Please allow us two weeks to process the refund.  

All sales become final 30 days from date of purchase.

Clearance, sale, special-order items and Diaper Packages are final sale. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. This applies for items sold with "Free Shipping".

Tiny Gem Baby Solutions is proudly Canadian.  We are based in Calgary, Alberta and ship worldwide.

Please Note: In order to reduce waste we recycle and reuse our shipping materials whenever possible.

Shipping Charges
All of the quoted prices are in Canadian dollars, unless otherwise stated. All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.  If for any reason the product(s) you have ordered will be delayed you will be contacted immediately.

United States Shipping Rates

City of Calgary Only
City of Calgary FREE shipping or delivery is subject to a $40 minimum order.  Orders of $39.99 or less - a $5.00 shipping and handling charge applies.  

Deliveries are normally made on weekdays.  We will do our best to accommodate customers who are unable to accept delivery during this time frame.   Some orders are shiped via Canada Post.   We do not have a storefront, therefore picking up orders is not an option.

Returns for Calgary customers:  a $5.00 'pick-up' charge will apply to all returned orders.  No charge for exchanges.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
Orders shipped outside of Canada pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and/or custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel, or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.  No Federal (GST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada.

Please note: Tiny Gem Baby Solutions is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information about importing goods into your country.
