The YOU nursing pillow consists of an inner pillow and a cover. The 100% cotton outer cover is removable and machine washable. The inner pillow is filled with micro-polystryene beads, and can be hand washed.

The polyester fibre pillow provides consistent uniform firmness and support in the set u-shape of the pillow. They are very comfy but are not as movable as the micro-beads.
